What data we may process

Depending on how you use our services, we may process:

• Contact details such as name, email, and phone number
• Company details such as business name and organisation number
• Account and login data linked to your customer portal user
• Requests, project information, quotes, agreements, and deliveries
• Payment status and invoice-related information (not full card data)
• Technical logs, security logs, and necessary cookies

Why we process data

We process personal data to:

• Deliver and operate digital services, projects, and the customer portal
• Provide customer support and follow up on requests
• Prepare quotes, enter agreements, and deliver agreed work
• Handle payments, invoicing, and accounting obligations
• Maintain security, access control, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention
• Comply with legal obligations

Legal basis

Processing is based on one or more of the following grounds, depending on context:

Contract or steps prior to contract when you request a quote, create an account, or use the customer portal.

Legitimate interests for operations, security, improvement, and normal customer administration, unless your interests override ours.

Legal obligation, for example accounting and bookkeeping requirements.

Consent where required, for example for optional features or communication beyond the customer relationship.

Processors and third parties

We do not share personal data more than necessary. Data may be processed by trusted providers that support our operations, for example:

• Supabase (database, authentication, and storage)
• Vercel (hosting and application operations)
• Stripe (card payments and payment status)
• Fiken (invoicing and accounting-related documentation where used)
• Email providers for transactional messages
• Analytics tools if and when enabled

These providers process data on our behalf within agreed boundaries. We use providers with appropriate security and data processing agreements where required.

Storage and retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed for the purposes above, such as an active customer relationship, support, delivery, and follow-up.

Some information may be kept longer where required by accounting law, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, or security needs.

When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised in a responsible way.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to data we process about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion where the law gives you that right
• Request restriction of processing in certain situations
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Request data portability where processing is based on contract or consent and carried out automatically
• Lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe processing is unlawful

Security

We work to protect personal data through access control, need-to-know access, encryption where relevant, logging, and secure operation of the platform.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we continuously work to reduce risk and handle incidents responsibly.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies and similar technology for login, security, and basic functionality on the website and customer portal.

Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only if enabled and relevant. You can control cookies in your browser, but some features may then stop working as expected.

Changes

We may update this policy when services, providers, or regulations change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
